What types of properties do you work on?

We work on BTO, HDB, condos, landed homes, and commercial spaces across Singapore. Each project is tailored to the property type, layout, and how you live or work in the space.

How much does a renovation typically cost?

Renovation fees vary depending on property size, scope, and finishes. Most of our residential projects range from $40k to $150k and above. Share your budget range in the enquiry form and we'll advise on what's achievable.

When should I reach out before key collection?

We recommend contacting us when your key collection is within 12 months. If your keys are more than a year away, feel free to reach out closer to your collection date so we can plan accordingly.

Do you charge a design fee?

Design fees depend on the scope of your project. Many of our portfolio projects were completed with no separate design fee — we'll outline all costs clearly during your consultation.

How long does a typical renovation take?

Timelines range from 4 to 15 weeks depending on property size and scope. We'll provide a realistic schedule once we understand your requirements and property status.

Can I request a specific designer or language preference?

Yes. Let us know in the enquiry form if you have a designer preference or would like to work with an English or Chinese-speaking designer, and we'll do our best to match you.

Where is your studio located?

We're at Floor 5, Katong Shopping Centre, 865 Mountbatten Rd, #05-35, Singapore 437844. We're open Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 9 pm.
